Today, we’re tackling a subject that many moms tend to put on the back burner: our health. We are so concerned with everyone else’s health in the family that we often neglect our own. We end up stressed out, anxious, and overwhelmed, not realizing often it’s related to the health choices we make everyday. Our hormones are often a mess, many of us are anxious and depressed, we aren’t making the best choices when it comes to what we put in our mouths and our health suffers for it. Our spiritual health is directly related to our physical health, if we’re not healthy we can’t serve the Lord in the way we’d like. So, we’ve brought in an expert to help answer our questions and get us straightened out!

Our guest today is Rebekah Fedrowitz, a board-certified holistic nutritionist and a women’s health speaker and author. Her passion is helping women identify, combat and recover from stress and hormonal health challenges so they can thrive in their health, life and purpose.
